About The Role:
* Managing and litigating personal injury and workers' compensation cases from start to finish.
* Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for court appearances.
* Negotiating settlements and collaborating with medical experts and insurance adjusters.
* Liaising with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, financial advisors etc.
* Providing mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers and support staff.
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree and admission to practice law
* Minimum 1-3 years PQE in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits & Perks:
* Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience)
