Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Act as the lead relationship manager for a range of clients, ensuring service excellence and proactive advice.
* Audit & Accounts Oversight: Take ownership of the audit and accounts process from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery.
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor audit and accounts staff, supporting development and knowledge-sharing across the team.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure work is carried out in accordance with professional and ethical standards, as well as firm policies.
* Technical Review: Provide guidance on complex audit and accounting matters, drawing on up-to-date industry knowledge.
* Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and attract new business.

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified, with extensive audit and accounts experience in practice
* Demonstrated ability to lead audit and accounts assignments and manage client relationships
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit regulations
* Experience in managing, developing, and motivating a team
* Excellent communication, time management, and commercial awareness
