You'll be joining an established team delivering essential repairs and general maintenance. Your multi-trade skills will help ensure buildings remain safe, functional, and well-presented, playing an important part in the smooth running of daily operations.
I'd love to see CVs from anyone with experience as a Multi Trade Operative, Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Tradesperson, or anyone with a strong background in building maintenance and repair.
As a Handyperson, you will be:
1. Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance
2. Completing basic carpentry tasks
3. Painting and decorating
4. Carrying out tiling and patch repairs
5. Replacing ceiling tiles
6. Completing minor roofing repairs
7. Undertaking furniture and window repairs
8. Using a mobile tablet to receive and complete job instructions
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
9. A full UK driving licence
10. Previous experience in building maintenance or multi-trade work
11. The ability to work well as part of a team
12. Flexibility to work out of hours when required
13. The ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
14. MEWP or PASMA qualifications (training can be provided)
15. Please note: You must be able to pass BPSS security clearance.
This Handyperson role is offering the following benefits:
