Early Years Team Leader Level 3 – The Little Blue Door, Westhampnett
The Aspire Training Team is currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to complete an Early Years Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship at The Little Blue Door, Westhampnett, as their Toddler Room Leader.
At Little Blue Door, we prioritize wellbeing as essential for the health and development of young children. We incorporate this principle into our design process to provide a healthy and safe environment for children to thrive. Outdoor play and learning are integral to our setting, featuring 5,000 sq. ft of thoughtfully designed space for children to learn through play.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* The Room Leader will report to and collaborate closely with the Senior Management Team and become part of The Little Blue Door Leadership Team.
* The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and child-led environment for their room's age group, as well as leading and inspiring their team.
Qualities required:
* You will have a natural affinity with children, be warm, engaging, and enthusiastic to make them feel at home.
* You will possess good communication skills, be reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
Hours:
* The setting operates all year round, open from 07:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
* The successful candidate will work 45 hours per week.
Requirements:
* You should have a good understanding of early years principles and how to apply them creatively to provide the highest standard of care.
* NVQ Level 3 relevant childcare and education qualification (or equivalent) is required.
* You must be able to obtain a clear DBS check.
* GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent, are required.
