We are currently recruiting for a Support Coordinator to join the Rushmoor Social Inclusion service based in Aldershot.
This is an urgent requirement to cover a range of upcoming shifts.
Role: Support Coordinator
Location: Aldershot (GU11 3DP)
Pay Rate: 13.31 per hour (weekly pay, directly from the client)
Contract: Ongoing
Shift Patterns:
* Waking nights: 20:00 – 08:00
* Additional shifts: 14:00 – 20:30 and 07:30 – 15:30
Upcoming Urgent Shifts:
* 1st–3rd April: 14:00 – 20:30
* 4th April: 19:45 – 20:15
* 5th–7th April: 20:00 – 08:00
* 8th–10th April: 07:30 – 15:30
Role Overview:
* Provide support within a social inclusion service supporting individuals with varying needs
* Work as part of a team (no lone working)
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment during waking night shifts
* Support day-to-day operations and respond to any on-site issues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in support work, coordination, or similar roles
* Ability to work waking night shifts and flexible hours
* Strong communication and team working skills
