Client Delivery Lead (Financial Services Administrator)
12 Month Fixed‑Term Contract – December start. Hybrid – Home + Glasgow office.
Succession Wealth, part of the Aviva Group, is a leading independent financial planning and wealth‑management firm with over 900 employees. We are looking for an organised and competent Administrator to join the Client Delivery team for 12 months. The role supports Wealth Planners to deliver excellent service and outstanding outcomes for clients.
Role Overview
The primary purpose is to enable Wealth Planners to maintain and assess a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients. Duties include processing new business applications, tracking to completion, liaising with Wealth Planners and Paraplanners, and ensuring the client information database is accurate.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Liaise with policy providers for policy details and policy illustrations
* Process new business applications and track outcomes to completion
* Coordinate Wealth Planner diaries and arrange client meetings
* Prepare documentation for client appointments, including annual planning meeting packs
* Respond to email enquiries and communicate directly with clients
* Send prepared investment information and reports to clients
* Ensure all data entry is accurate and within specified timelines
Qualifications
* At least one year’s experience in a fast‑paced financial services administration role, preferably in client and advisor support
* Experience of XPLAN desirable
* Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
