Overview
Store Assistant in Chichester — 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You'll Do
* Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
* Assist with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
* Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
* Provide outstanding service by engaging with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
* Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and help them find everything they need.
* Be proactive in selling Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts where appropriate.
