Temporary Customer Service Cover Office-based – Harrow 9:00am – 5:00pm We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Assistant to provide holiday cover within a busy office environment. Role details: Office-based position Hours: 9:00 – 5:00 (Monday – Friday) Training on the system will be provided on the first day Duties will include: Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, directly them to the correct dept Updating and maintaining customer records Providing general administrative support Ensuring excellent customer service at all times Requirements: Previous office based customer service experience required Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software Strong communication and organisational skills Reliable and available for the full duration
