Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties * Lead the planning and implementation of mechanical projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards. * Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans while involving all relevant stakeholders. * Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely completion. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction personnel. * Utilise Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation. * Conduct regular meetings to review project status, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare reports on project performance metrics for management review. Skills * Proficiency in Primavera P6 for effective project scheduling and management. * Familiarity with 3D software for design-related tasks is advantageous. * Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and clients. * Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. * Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges that arise during project execution.
