Urgent Care Services Fife (UCSF) - Dispatcher Role
Urgent Care Services Fife (UCSF) are recruiting for key Dispatch personnel to join our team, liaising with other services to provide urgent care across Fife and Kinross, covering 118 hours per week.
We seek highly organized individuals with experience in fast-paced environments, confident in using their initiative for problem-solving to ensure smooth, safe, and effective service delivery. Support from senior clinicians will be available as needed.
The role involves working alongside a Multi-Disciplinary Team, establishing effective relationships internally and externally, and adhering to agreed processes and scripting for safety and effectiveness.
Requirements include experience in healthcare settings, knowledge of medical terminology, computer skills, and good geographical knowledge of Fife.
Rota schedules are on a four-week rolling basis, requiring flexibility to work out-of-hours (18:00 - 08:00), weekends, and public holidays, including Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. Additional daytime hours may be required for public holidays and training.
This part-time position's salary is pro-rata based on hours worked.
