The Practice Manager will support the wider team to help drive operational excellence by providing high level client service and ensure smooth internal process delivery. Key areas of responsibility * Be the first point of contact for client questions, concerns, and service issues * Oversee all client account processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Champion excellent service delivery by promoting best practices across the business * Support the team’s day-to-day priorities, working closely with senior leaders, Directors, and the CEO * Checking accuracy of client and project details across all of our financial platforms * Invoice tracking, management, delivery and regular reporting to the CEO * Credit control coordination and regular reporting to the CEO * Overseeing purchase orders and sourcing most advantageous commercial terms * Provision of financial KPIs to the Board. * Help improve quality management processes and ensure client data is handled with care and precision Essential skills * Proficient in MS Office * Demonstrable experience of using a Quality Management System to the standards of ISO9001:2015 * Exceptional organisational skills & Detail orientated * NVQ in Business Administration or Qualified by experience * Ability to work on own initiative; prioritise and meet deadlines
