The Governing Body of Congerstone Primary School is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary deputy head teacher to continue to build on our successes and drive further improvement, ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
We are looking for an individual with senior leadership experience, exceptional interpersonal and people management skills, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and engage with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community. The successful candidate will take up post at the start of the new academic year in August 2026.
