We are seeking an experienced Factory Trainer to join our team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring that all employees are trained effectively, consistently, and in line with business and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilties * Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to identify training needs, ensuring alignment with factory and business training plans. * Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to production areas, supporting the wider training strategy. * Deliver engaging training sessions both online and in person, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards. * Assess employee competency through structured evaluations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities. * Maintain training matrices and employee training files to audit-ready standards. * Collaborate with Production teams to create, update, and maintain training documentation and standard operating procedures. * Lead induction training and workshops for new employees, ensuring clear expectations and consistent onboarding Skills and Qualifications * Proven experience in a training role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools; prior experience with "Train the Trainer" programs is advantageous.
