They specialise in high-quality, lightweight plastic components made through advanced vacuum forming and compression moulding. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a solid technical understanding of manufacturing and materials. What You’ll Do Develop New Business : Identify, approach, and win new customers across multiple sectors. Manage Key Accounts : Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Understand Client Needs : Translate customer requirements into tailored, commercially viable solutions. Drive the Sales Process : Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, technical quotes, and presentations. Collaborate Internally : Work closely with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure feasibility and delivery alignment. Monitor Market Trends : Stay informed of competitor activity and emerging opportunities to shape our sales strategy. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in plastics, manufacturing, or engineering sectors. Solid knowledge of thermoforming, vacuum forming, or compression moulding processes. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and close deals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specs. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
