In this influential role, you will craft HR strategies that invigorate our organizational culture, uplift our talent management, and accelerate our business objectives across a wide region. As part of the leadership team, you'll mentor, encourage and enlighten, ensuring the linkage of our HR functions with broader business strategies, and making a profound impact on the future growth of Reckitt.This role can be based in either UK or Poland (Warsaw)Your responsibilitiesWork closely with the Leadership Team of GBS to drive business priorities and strategyChampion value creation through the right organization setup, attracting, developing and retaining the right talents now and for the future with a robust diverse pipelineGuide senior leadership, unifying our talents and objectives through a shared strategic narrative.
