Job Overview

Main duties of the job
Providing a comprehensive reception service, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective service delivery and patient satisfaction. The post involves exercising judgment to resolve patient queries within professional constraints, maintaining confidentiality, and dealing courteously with staff, patients, carers, and relatives.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* English and Mathematics to GCSE or equivalent
* NVQ level 3 in Customer Care or equivalent experience
* Welsh speaking - minimum level 3
Experience
* Previous clerical/office/reception experience
* Customer service experience
Knowledge
* Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, TEAMS
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently
Desirable criteria include NHS experience, use of hospital systems like Symphony/WPAS, and experience handling confidential information.
