Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator, with the option for full or part-time hours and hybrid working arrangements depending on your preferences.

Duties of the Warranty Administrator role include:
11. Managing warranty claims and processing paperwork efficiently
12. Ensuring all warranty submissions are complete and accurate
13. Liaising with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues
14. Maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation
15. Supporting the service team with additional administrative tasks as required
16. Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
Requirements for the Warranty Administrator role:
17. Previous experience in warranty administration or similar position within the motor trade.
18. Strong organisational and communication skills
19. Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
21. Knowledge of warranty procedures and manufacturer guidelines is desirable
22. Flexibility to work full or part time – hybrid working experience is advantageous
