Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5 pm and every other Saturday morning 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. No late evenings or Sunday working. Flexible working options are also available.
Required Driving Licence
A full UK driving licence with business insurance is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, success comes from truly understanding what customers want and converting that into sales. Youll take time to listen, showcase our offerings, and confidently guide them through their entire journey with expertise and care. This role is about building trust, collaborating with colleagues, closing deals, and delivering results, while creating kitchens using CAD software that customers will love for years to come.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Driving and delivering profitable sales and fantastic customer service; building strong long‑term connections with trade customers and homeowners.
* Building a strong customer base to meet targets and working closely with Travis Perkins colleagues—including Field Sales—to help you and our customers win.
* Using product knowledge and design skills to create bespoke kitchen designs that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
* Engaging with both trade customers and homeowners to truly understand their projects, exceed expectations, and maximise sales.
* On‑site visits: visiting homes or building sites to create inspirational designs on CAD back at the branch and presenting them to clients.
* Safety first: ensuring colleagues and customers leave the showroom safely by following all safety policies and procedures.
You’ll need
* A full valid UK driving licence with business insurance.
* Demonstrated capability to achieve and outperform sales and profit targets, with strong delivery against role‑specific KPI’s.
* Detail‑oriented, organised, and determined to achieve results, with a strong focus on planning and execution.
* Excellent communication skills to connect with a diverse range of individuals, from homeowners to tradespeople.
* An approachable, positive personality that makes customers feel valued and builds lasting relationships, and customer‑facing confidence to handle financial conversations and secure sales.
* No industry experience needed: transferable skills, passion for driving profitable sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.
