Responsibilities
* Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate professionally with customers, peers and dispatchers
* Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
* Keep up to date with the latest HVAC technology
* Present findings and options for repair to customers; provide advice and recommendations as needed/requested
Requirements
* 1+ years of HVAC experience
* EPA Universal certified
* Must have strong communication skills
* Strong technical ability
* Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
