Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Service Manager to lead a team of support workers delivering person-centred care to individuals with complex needs. This role ensures individuals can live independently, access the community, and enjoy a safe, meaningful life.You will report to the Operations Manager/Registered Manager and help maintain care standards, compliance, and team development. The service consists of high-spec bungalows, each supporting one individual with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
