Product Quality Assurance Manager
We're looking for an experienced Product Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality and food safety across a fast-paced fresh produce operation.
This is a hands-on role with real influence, responsible for ensuring products meet all legal, customer and certification standards from production through to customer delivery.

The role
* Own site product quality, food safety and integrity
* Ensure compliance with BRCGS v9, GlobalG.A.P, Red Tractor and customer specifications
* Deliver Quality Service Level (QSL) targets
* Lead and develop QA and Label Room teams
* Investigate complaints, rejections and non-conformances
* Drive a strong 'right first time' quality culture
* Support audits, customer visits and continuous improvement
About you
* Experience in a quality role within fresh produce or food manufacturing
* HACCP and Food Safety Level 2 (Level 3 desirable)
* Strong communicator with the confidence to stand up for quality
* Analytical, organised and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
* Team leadership experience preferred
