Base pay range

Salary: £27,000.00 per year + bonus / commission

Role and responsibilities

Initially candidate-focused, you will work on multiple sourcing projects and manage workload independently as you are ready. This will involve:

* Identifying and qualifying candidates through the database, job boards, social media and networking
* Posting job ads
* Conducting telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews
* Managing interview bookings, preparation, and feedback
* Participating in negotiating/closing offers


Profile and qualifications

* Candidates must be mature, self-sufficient and prepared to headhunt from target organisations and within target skillsets
* Ability to articulate an interest in a Recruitment career; interest in Financial Services/Technology is desirable
* Quick learner, flexible, with a willingness to learn the trade
* Strong presentation and communication skills; sales mindset with a bias toward running own desks and revenue streams
* Prior sales experience beneficial but not essential
* French and Portuguese speakers will have an advantage
* Ability to work to aggressive time scales and understand complex transactions
* Bachelor’s Degree, minimum 2:2 in any field
* Other achievements (sport, travel, charity, work experience) valued
* Career-minded individuals who can support firm growth

Schedule

Full time, Monday to Friday. Core in-office days are Mon-Thurs, with remote working available on Fridays.
