As a Regeneration Manager, you will lead the early stages of a varied portfolio of housing led regeneration schemes, shaping them from initial appraisal through planning and into pre-delivery. Working closely with the Head of Regeneration, you will ensure each project is financially robust, compliant, fundable and aligned with SettleParadigms wider Regeneration Strategy. In this role you will coordinate teams of professional consultants, manage procurement activity and work confidently with contractors, local authorities, funding partners such as Homes England and a range of internal stakeholders. A major focus of the role is people: building trust, fostering collaboration and engaging sensitively with residents and communities affected by regeneration. You will work with the Regeneration Engagement Officer to implement Resident Charters, decant and buy-back strategies, and ensure communication is clear, honest and timely. You will represent SettleParadigm at Resident Steering Groups and help maintain positive relationships with stakeholders throughout sometimes complex and emotionally challenging journeys. You will bring strong commercial acumen alongside excellent interpersonal skills, balancing financial viability with a genuine commitment to delivering socially responsible outcomes. You will manage risks effectively, support robust due diligence, ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements and champion continuous improvement within the regeneration function. As an ambassador for SettleParadigm, your ability to influence, negotiate and build productive partnerships will be key to driving high-quality, community-centred regeneration forward. What Youll Need, Must haves: At least 3 years experience delivering residential development OR regeneration, ideally across both private and RP environments. Strong experience managing commercially viable yet community-sensitive regeneration opportunities. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate a portfolio of complex schemes. Demonstrable commercial acumen, including contract management, financial appraisal (with stress/risk testing) and risk management. Experience negotiating town planning consents and working within development governance structures. Sound understanding of social housing and the wider regulatory environment. Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills. Confidence engaging with residents, including managing sensitive and challenging conversations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to varied audiences. A naturally proactive, innovative and solutions-focused mindset.
