Job Overview
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in providing a high performing Finance Business Partner service to the Community and Rehabilitation care group within the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with care group clinical and operational leadership teams to ensure business and financial support for operational performance requirements within agreed financial resources.
* Facilitate transformational change to ensure financial sustainability when required.
* Seek innovative solutions to improve the financial performance of the Care Group.
* Communicate effectively to inspire confidence with senior-level professionals within the Trust and externally.
* Proactively engage in the management and development of individuals within the Financial Management team to deliver a high performing finance service.
Qualifications
Experienced in finance, particularly in healthcare or similar environments, with strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
