* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.

* Trusted advisor skilled at coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers at all levels to deliver behavioral change, continuous improvement, and increased value.
* Passionate about changing lives through coaching.
* Desire to benefit from being self-employed while being part of a larger community.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* At least 1+ years of coaching experience.
