Plant Yard Hire Desk Administrator Daily Duties · Contract Managers Report – Mon morning · Commercial Report – Monthly · Communicating with suppliers to get the best price for parts · Sourcing augers/rigs needed for cross hire · Talking with sites to arrange Pirtek/Hydraquip and other hose repairs companies to attend sites to repair/replace damaged hoses · Arranging external welders to go to site · Booking in vehicles for Service/Tires · Raise PO’s to cover parts or Rig/auger hire · Source new suppliers and get them on the database · Complete Credit application forms · Book in stock when it arrives · Create new contracts on Syrinx when the SUP is confirmed · Arrange the AGI and pump if required to arrive on site when requested · Communicate with CBL/PCP if any pump/AGI breakdowns, fill out report. · Put HMD parts onto the contract when they leave the yard. · Updating the white board so the HMD team are aware of what rigs are going out next · Updating the database with 12month rig certs and lifting certs · Putting together the certs for the lifting gear going to site and emailing them to the supervisor · Covering Leigh Hardy for transport on his holidays. · Running the invoicing for contracts monthly · Off hiring equipment on Syrinx · Dealing with contract manager queries from credits to transport issues · Booking rooms for HMD staff at Premier Inn · Scanning over delivery notes to Harry · Scanning over DT Engineering Invoice to EVO and Harry then chase · Help out with HMD with IT comp issues if I can before raising it with OnIT Requirements Experience on EVO, Syrinx and COINS would be an advantage Benefits PAYE based Contract Working hours 08:00 - 17:00 Office based 22 days annual leave
