What you’ll do
1. Demonstrating a proven track record of managing and successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to meticulously define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, crafting comprehensive plans with timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
3. Working closely with internal teams and third parties to develop and maintain project plans, conducting dependency mapping, resource planning, and managing RAID logs and dashboards across the project portfolio.
4. Acting as the liaison between internal teams, ensuring technical requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
5. Proactively identifying and communicating potential challenges and delays, while offering effective workarounds or escalating when necessary.
6. Engaging with stakeholders across various domains to drive governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities, facilitating smooth adoption of new changes.
7. Cultivating and nurturing relationships with all parties involved in project delivery, including suppliers, partners, and clients.
8. Providing regular, transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels, from sponsors and executives to the board, covering all aspects of project progress, including any issues and system changes.
9. Vigilantly tracking costs and resources, diligently working within agreed budgets to ensure financial success.

15. Skilled in crafting compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint.
16. Able to seamlessly integrate into teams and cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
17. Proactively take ownership of project planning, guiding teams from conception to seamless transition into Business As Usual.
18. Adept problem solver with a knack for multitasking.
19. Self-driven and quick to adapt, embracing challenges with enthusiasm.
20. A strong communicator across all levels, from peers to clients to suppliers to C-level executives
