We provide high-quality support to vulnerable adults in their own homes across Bournemouth, Poole, and surrounding areas, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
Main Duties
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
* Assist clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
* Offer both physical and emotional support to clients.
* Support with medication, meal preparation, and daily tasks.
* Use our dedicated care app to deliver person-centered care.
Qualifications
* A compassionate, can-do attitude and a caring nature.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues.
* Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle are essential.
* Right to work in the UK—Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
