We pleased to represent a Redditch based client in their search for an experienced Installation Support Manager to play a key role in supporting the Operations Director and wider leadership team through data-driven insight, analysis, and performance reporting .
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful insight, identifying trends that arent immediately obvious, and confidently presenting recommendations that drive real business improvement.
The Role
As Installation Support Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality analysis and reporting across the business, enabling informed decision-making at both operational and board level. You will work with multiple data sources, often without defined processes, and bring clarity to complex and messy data sets.
Youll not only report on performance youll identify solutions, opportunities, and improvements .
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and report on key business KPIs
Identify trends and improvement opportunities across surveys, remedials, and quality delivery
Produce reporting for audiences ranging from frontline teams to Board level
Track and assess Project Manager performance, highlighting positive and negative trends
Analyse UK-wide fitter performance across KPIs including quality, remedials, and man-days
Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to measure performance, cost savings, and new initiatives
Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems into clear management reporting
Analyse and report on Supply Chain KPIs, including product performance and supply-only remedials
Use customer data and insight to identify operational improvement opportunities
Support senior operations management with ad-hoc analysis to support business growth
Assist with training development for PMs and Fitters, including Salesforce and Articad updates
Work with new tools and technologies to continuously enhance reporting capability
Key Skills & Experience
Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce, including integrations and reporting
Advanced Excel, with strong PowerPoint and Word skills
Experience using Power BI
SQL report writing experience
Knowledge of Sage 200
Proven experience working with multiple data sources and undefined processes
Strong ability to merge disparate data into meaningful, actionable insight
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
