Salary: £140,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:
* Previous L1 / L2 desktop support experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
* Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft 365
* Exposure to SharePoint administration
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
