The successful candidate will support the Director of Learning in leading and developing high-quality inclusive teaching and learning across the team and will also work closely with our Business Department.

Who are we looking for:
1. An experienced leader and an outstanding practitioner with a passion for continual professional development.
2. An individual with subject knowledge throughout both KS3, KS4 and KS5 with up to date knowledge of curriculum and assessment, and how to develop highly effective schemes of work.
3. A person with a can-do attitude and a positive approach. You will have the ability to lead by example, motivating others along the way whilst effectively supporting the team.
4. Someone with the experience, knowledge and an understanding of inclusion in a whole school setting
