The Role
Fragomen is seeking a Communications Manager to manage and execute the firm’s external communications and content program. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality, consistent and strategically aligned storytelling across external channels, supporting the firm’s brand and business priorities.
What Your Day Will Look Like
External Communications and Content Management
* Execute the firm’s external communications and content strategy across social and media channels
* Translate firm priorities into clear, consistent and compelling content and storytelling
* Manage the global editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content aligned to business priorities
* Support the development and rollout of external campaigns, announcements and thought leadership initiatives
Content Development and Channel Management
* Oversee the development, review, and publication of content including blogs, articles, media placements, podcasts, and video
* Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand alignment across all external content
* Partner with the Social Media and PR Specialists to distribute and amplify content effectively
* Maintain quality control across all external communications outputs
Public Relations and Agency Management
* Manage relationships with external PR agencies, including briefing, prioritisation and performance oversight
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the PR Specialist to support media engagement
* Support proactive and reactive media opportunities aligned with firm priorities
Team Coordination and Workflow Management
* Provide day‑to‑day direction to the Social Media Specialist and PR Specialist
* Manage priorities, workflows, and deadlines across the external communications function
* Ensure efficient execution and clear accountability across team deliverables
The Team
The Fragomen Communications team is a small, high‑impact group of four full‑time professionals, reporting to the Managing Director of Communications and Public Relations. The team plays a central role in shaping and executing the firm’s global communications strategy, spanning internal and external communications, executive positioning, crisis management and social media. Working collaboratively across regions and functions, the team partners closely with senior leadership to ensure clear, consistent and strategic messaging that supports the firm’s priorities and brand.
What We Are Looking For
* Significant experience in corporate communications, public relations, content or related fields
* Experience executing multi‑channel communications programs in a B2B or professional services environment
* Strong writing, editing and content development skills
* Experience managing PR agencies and external partners
* Experience coordinating or overseeing junior team members
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across global teams
Preferred Skills
* Experience in a PR agency, law firm, consultancy or professional services organisation
* Familiarity with legal industry awards and rankings
* Understanding of SEO, GEO and content performance
* Experience with social media and analytics tools (e.g. Sprout)
