Step into a game-changing opportunity as a Business Development Director, where your influence will directly shape the growth strategy of a key business unit. I'm currently partnering with a globally recognized financial services powerhouse—an industry giant with decades of experience supporting investment funds, and multinational clients. With a footprint operating extensively on a global scale, this firm is trusted for its excellence in fund services, real assets, and global financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the full sales cycle for Real estate clients, collaborating with global subject matter experts and senior stakeholders
* Utilize industry networks to generate new leads and expand deal pipelines
* Drive business development by attending and leveraging industry events, conferences, and seminars
* Manage RFPs and proposals, ensuring compelling submissions that align with client needs and strategic goals
* Develop and maintain marketing assets including pitch decks and branded materials to support sales efforts
* Explore and assess new markets for promoting Real estate offerings
* Work closely with senior leadership and product teams to secure new mandates and client wins
* Identify and support product innovation, contributing to the creation of new service offerings
* Expand professional network to enhance brand visibility and unlock new business opportunities
* Strengthen brand presence through collaboration with external PR partners
* Cross-sell services within existing client accounts to maximize relationship value
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to support sales tracking and reporting
* Support client engagement initiatives, including planning and executing hosted events
* Contribute to relationship management efforts across key clients in London and Europe
What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with over 10 years of experience in real estate investments
* 5+ years in senior leadership roles, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in negotiation and presentation
* Proven business development success, with a track record of year-over-year growth
* Deep understanding of real estate structures, including tax reporting and regulatory compliance
* Familiarity with industry software such as Investran, Yardi, and MRI is a strong plus
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently met deadlines
* Confident in escalating issues appropriately to maintain service quality
* Professional accounting designations such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are advantageous
