A client of ours is looking for an experienced and commercially driven
Senior Sales Manager
to join their growing sales team. This is a key role focused on developing strategic brand partnerships across a portfolio of leading sports properties, both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full sales process - from identifying prospects and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing partnership agreements
* Develop innovative, commercially sound partnership proposals that align with brand objectives and property assets
* Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders across global markets
* Deliver professional, insight-driven sales presentations and pitches
* Collaborate with internal teams including insights, strategy, and client servicing to enhance proposal quality
* Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities across categories, industries, and geographies
* Represent the business at key meetings and events, including occasional international travel
* Maintain accurate records and reporting via CRM and internal systems
What You Bring
* Proven success in partnership or sponsorship sales, ideally within sport, media, or entertainment
* Strong commercial acumen and a strategic, consultative sales approach
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
* Ability to develop compelling proposals using data, insights, and brand storytelling
* Understanding of partnership activation and how rights and assets deliver marketing value
