About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team in Sheffield. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise pupils during the lunch period, both in the dining hall and playground.
Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Assist with the organisation of lunchtime activities.
Respond to incidents and follow school policies for safeguarding and behaviour management.
Requirements
Friendly, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with children.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
