Senior Project Manager – Data Centres

We’re working with a highly exciting and fast-growing consultancy known for its entrepreneurial culture, minimal red tape, and strong growth across Europe.
They are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their new Amsterdam office, where you will play a key role in delivering a major data centre project for a globally recognised client in the region.
Beyond the initial project, this role will also contribute to the company’s long-term expansion across the Netherlands, offering the opportunity to help shape their presence in a rapidly growing market.

This is a client-facing position, requiring you to be based in Amsterdam approximately 75% of the time. The role also offers flexibility, with potential rotation opportunities between Amsterdam, London, and Ireland offices depending on project needs and long-term planning.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the delivery of complex Data Centre projects from planning through to completion
* Managing project programmes, budgets, and key stakeholder relationships
* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and client representatives
* Driving project performance across cost, schedule, quality, and risk
* Supporting procurement strategies and contractor engagement
What we’re looking for:
* 7+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within data centres or mission-critical environments
* Strong track record delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project environments
* Proactive leadership style with the ability to drive teams and projects forward
