Minibus Driver

Overview
We are seeking reliable and punctual Passenger Assistants to support daily pupil transport on an ongoing basis. This role plays an important part in ensuring children are transported safely to and from school each day.
Minibuses will be collected directly from the school site in Northampton.
Working Pattern
* Approx. 5 hours per day
* Morning shift starting from 7:00am (approx. 2.5 hours)
* Afternoon shift between 3:30pm and 6:00pm
* Drivers will park their own vehicle on site
Key Responsibilities
* Safely transport pupils to and from school
* Follow assigned routes and schedules
* Ensure pupils board and exit the vehicle safely
* Maintain a calm and structured environment during journeys
* Carry out basic vehicle checks before use
* Communicate effectively with school staff where required
Requirements
* Valid D1 driving licence
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Reliable and punctual
* Professional and safety focused approach
* Comfortable working with children
Contract
Ongoing requirement starting immediately.
