Responsible as an authorised signatory for Optimise, this includes ensuring all targets are met, authorised and submitted on a monthly basis. Responsible for ensuring adequate cross cover arrangements are in place where necessary. Signing off new paperwork to go to print, along with setting up stationary standing order and receipting goods on eProc. Placing orders on eProc. Implement Trust systems for managing individual performance and for resolving poor performance for complex members of staff. Be responsible for assessing the performance of team members against set criteria and competencies and ensuring individual performance and development plans are completed. Assist with the setting of SMART objectives and creating action plans arising from appraisals. Responsible for managing absence, performance and recruitment/retention, escalating and working with the Service Manager, Admin Manager, Human Resources and Occupational Health for complex cases. Support in the recruitment of staff with the appropriate skills to support the needs of the admin team. Accountable for the utilisation of eProc for ordering Emergency Care Admin stationary items or as requested by Directorate team.
