Gap personnel are recruiting a powder coater for our client based in Rayleigh. The position is availble on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate.
Pay rate: £13.00
Hours: 08.00-16.00 Mon - Fri (37.5hrs)
Type: Temp to perm
Location: Rayligh SS6
Duties:
Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating
Apply powder coating using spray gun and booth equipment
Ensure even, consistent coverage with attention to detail
Operate curing ovens and follow proper drying procedures
Inspect finished products for defects and quality control
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in powder coating (1+ year preferred)
Familiarity with coating equipment and safety protocols
Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
