Desian Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Southport who are seeking committed and enthusiastic Early Teaching Assistants to support Early Years to Key Stage 2 classes for the summer term. Helping pupils develop core skills in communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal development. Assisting with activities, classroom organisation, and pupil well-being. Building strong relationships with young learners and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment. Experience working in a school setting. A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children. A solid understanding of the national curriculum and child development.
