About the Role: The successful candidate will work closely with GPs, Advanced Practitioners, Healthcare Assistants, and other members of the team to deliver a wide range of high-quality nursing services. The role includes the management of long-term conditions, health promotion, routine treatment room duties, and involvement in preventative healthcare initiatives. The role is offered on a part-time basis (3 days per week) or full-time, with flexibility to suit the right candidate.
