Were working with a brilliant, family-founded engineering business in Gloucester (GL1) with just over 30 employees big enough to be busy, but small enough to still feel like family.
Theyre on the lookout for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their growing team. If youre someone who cares about doing things right, enjoys working in a hands-on environment, and wants to feel valued this could be a great fit.
Whats in it for you: £15£18 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)
Permanent, full-time role
MondayThursday 7:304:30, Friday 7:3012:30 early finish every week!
20 days holiday + bank holidays, rising with service
What you'll be doing: TIG and MIG welding across various metals (stainless, aluminium, mild, galvanised)
Reading and working from technical drawings
Fabricating, assembling, cutting, grinding full end-to-end work
Keeping quality high and safety tight
What were looking for: 5+ years' experience in a similar role
Confident in both TIG and MIG welding
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Solid fabrication skills with good attention to detail
Familiar with workshop machinery and power tools
Someone reliable, hands-on, and proud of their work
Bonus if you have: Coded welding qualifications
Pipe or overhead welding experience
Forklift licence
Ideas to make the job more efficient or cost-effective
