They’re now on the lookout for a dynamic Course Instructor to deliver a range of before & after school clubs & camps across the London & Oxford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious candidates to sharpen their activity delivery skills, take ownership of impactful projects, and grow within a vibrant, enthusiastic environment where no two days are the same. This is a hybrid opportunity covering clubs & camps across the London & Oxford area, with a further one day per week working from their Oxfordshire office. Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver engaging & age-appropriate activities for school-aged children Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment for all participants Supervise children at all times, ensuring safety, wellbeing & enjoyment Adapt activities to different abilities & learning styles Follow safeguarding policies & procedures at all times Set up & close down activities Communicate clearly with children, parents and support staff at all times Ensure sessions are run on time & meet programme objectives Act as a positive reflection of the organisation at all times The Successful Candidate Experience leading & delivering before / after school clubs to a range of ages Or, experience leading & delivering on day camps for children A link to childcare provision, education or coaching is a plus Graduates with a connection to the space will also be considered Full UK driving license required Commutable to both Oxfordshire & Abingdon Course Instructor Package Salary: £28,000-30,000 Paid travel expenses Pension options Company laptop provided Seasonal shut down across the first two weeks of January 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible working options
