The Role
:
As a Legal Secretary in a private client department,you will report to head of department, while delivering outstanding secretarial services, including both audio and copy typing tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurate filing of documents in both digital and paper formats.
2. Preparing and copying mail and disclosures for sending.
3. Scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and managing diaries.
4. Providing extensive support and assistance to fee earners.
5. Handling basic legal documents as necessary.
6. Direct interactions with the firm's clientele.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
8. Possess relevant experience in a private client law.
9. Familiarity with legal terminology.
10. Understanding of word processing software.
11. Skilled in typing with speed and accuracy.
12. Strong organisational and communication skills.
