Reed Care & Support is recruiting Temporary Support Workers to provide high-quality personal care and dementia support to vulnerable adults across Kirklees on an ongoing temporary basis.
Hours & Shifts
28 hours per week
Shift patterns: 07:30–14:30 and 14:30–21:30
Working alternate weekends
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting and bathing)
* Supporting people living with dementia with dignity and compassion
* Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing
* Completing accurate and person-centred care records
Essential / Desirable Criteria
* Understanding of Adult Social Care and dementia support
* Basic awareness of health & safety and food hygiene
* Willingness to work shifts and alternate weekends
* Moving & Handling certificate (or willingness to complete)

Requirements
* Experience or understanding of dementia care
