Job Description Behaviour Mentor – Wandsworth – September 2025 Start Location: Wandsworth, South West London Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only (39 weeks) Hours: 08:30–15:45, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) Pay: £22,444 per annum (Pro Rata) – Inner London Start Date: September 2025 or as soon as possible Are you passionate about helping young people reach their potential as a Behaviour Mentor this September? A vibrant SEMH secondary school in Wandsworth is looking to appoint a full-time Behaviour Mentor to join their skilled pastoral team. This Behaviour Mentor role is perfect for someone who is confident, resilient, and enthusiastic about building positive relationships with young people who need extra support managing their behaviour and emotions. As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll support students aged 11–16, many of whom have social, emotional and mental health needs. You’ll work alongside teachers and therapists to help students regulate behaviour, re-engage with learning, and build trust within the school environment.
