Candidate Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee a high-quality conveyancing service, dealing with sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Lead and supervise junior conveyancers and legal staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear and accessible legal guidance
* Achieve and exceed fee income targets by generating work, billing promptly, and recording all time accurately
* Stay up to date with legal developments and regulatory changes affecting residential conveyancing
Candidate Skills & Experience
* Over 8 years PQE in residential conveyancing, with a focus on high net worth clients
* Sound legal knowledge with a high level of technical competence
* Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently
* Excellent communication skills, confident in client and team interactions
* Strong business development mindset and relationship-building skills
