Credit Controller
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office)

About the Role
We are looking for a Credit Controller to join a growing specialty insurance business undergoing an exciting finance transformation. This role offers the opportunity to support core credit control activities while contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and analyse aged debt and credit balances
* Chase and reconcile outstanding accounts with brokers
* Resolve queries with internal stakeholders
* Monitor payments and maintain accurate records
* Handle customer enquiries and track team KPIs
* Support process improvements and documentation
* Assist the wider team as required
Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of receivables / credit control processes
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Good stakeholder communication
* Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Excel skills desirable
