Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Advisor located in Peterborough.
This role will require a driving licence due to location of the job.
Due to a restructuring of our client's business - they are looking to recruit new members to the recruitment team, to help and support our colleagues through this transitional period.
As a Recruitment Advisor in this team you will need exceptional people skills to ensure that all stakeholders feel valued. You will need proactive recruiting skills - experience will be considered for a wide variety of transferable settings.
You will be working closely with individuals affected by thisprocess and helping them explore new opportunities within their business. You’ll support staff through the redeployment process, offering expert guidance and reassurance during, what can be, a challenging time.
This is a role where empathy, communication, stakeholder management and collaboration are key.
Key skills required:
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and persuade
* Resilience and a positive attitude to deliver
* Excellent customer service skills
* Recruitment experience would be beneficial but not essential
