‘Lalizas UK’, the British arm of family owned ‘Lalizas’ are a leading manufacturer and distributor of a number or the most well recognised and respected brands within in the marine sector. Facilitating all aspects of the British Marine market, Lalizas UK work with a highly reputable customer base throughout England, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands.
We now require a top performing Inside Sales Operator to join our growing team. The main role is to assist the business, working alongside both the operations and sales teams, processing the day-to-day administration.
Responsibilities
* Engage with business clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
* Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers based on their requests.
* Send follow-up emails to customers regarding order and dispatch status.
* Process and record customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Update customers on stock levels and product availability.
* Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely order deliveries.
* Maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and generate reports using the CRM system.
* Be involved in reports and sales analysis.
* Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers.
Requirements
* Preferably 2 years of experience in a Sales Department.
* Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.

08:30 – 17:00 hours Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Salary – annual gross salary 22-26K
Vacation leave: 28 days (including bank holidays)
